When Will My Tracking Be Available?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping email. This is normal — your package is on its way!

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email from CAPVERSE.
  2. Click the tracking link included in the email, or copy your tracking number and enter it on the carrier's website.
  3. Follow your package every step of the way until it arrives at your door.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location.
