When Will My Tracking Be Available?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping email. This is normal — your package is on its way!
How to Track Your Order
- Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email from CAPVERSE.
- Click the tracking link included in the email, or copy your tracking number and enter it on the carrier's website.
- Follow your package every step of the way until it arrives at your door.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location.
